We know getting out of the house isn’t the same as it used to be – with or without child – everything needs that bit of extra thought doesn’t it!  

 

So for all the information about the venue, and what’s inside to make your day run as smooth as possible, we’ve outlined our frequently asked questions below.  

How do the sessions work?

Over the two days you can choose to attend one of four sessions or upgrade your ticket to a full day experience.  

Can I bring my baby?

Of course you can and it will be super accessible for those coming with babies, but this event is designed for YOU!

Can I bring my buggy?

Yes! We’ll have a designated buggy park.

What is your COVID policy?

COVID T&Cs: Admission to this event is at all times subject to any terms, conditions or rules of the Promoter and the venue operator. You must also adhere to the Promoter or venue operator’s specific terms of entry and protocols surrounding Covid-19 – this could be, but is not limited to, an obligation to provide negative lateral flow tests or provide vaccination certificates. If you do not comply with any Promoter or venue terms, conditions or rules then the Promoter or venue operator may refuse admission or require you or other ticket holders to leave the venue and you will not be entitled to a refund.

Accessibility

Happy Mum, Happy Baby Live has suitable facilities in place for wheelchair access and disabled visitors. Event staff will be in place to help yourself or any guest that requires some assistance at the event. We provide a 2 for 1 ticket scheme to those individuals who cannot enjoy the event without bringing a personal assistant or carer. What are the session times?

The session times are 10am – 2pm and 3pm – 7pm.

Doors open at 9.30am for those who wish to arrive early, grab a coffee and use the baby changing facilities.

Will there be a baby changing area?

Yes! We will have a designated area in the show.

Will there be somewhere quiet I can feed by baby privately?

Yes. In the baby changing area we will have a designated room with comfy chairs for those who wish to feed privately and quietly. We will also have a station to warm bottles.

How do I book my workshop ticket?

The workshop timetable will be released in March and ticket holders will be sent a link to select their chosen session on a first come first served basis. To see who’s confirmed to host workshops please click here.
